Volunteer with Vent Over Tea
Vent Over Tea offers offer a free and confidential active listening service to promote mental wellness and connection. They are currently recruiting for multiple volunteer positions: Communications Coordinator, Outreach Coordinator, Workshop Coordinator, Event Coordinator, and Campus Volunteers. On average, volunteers give 5-10 hours per week, depending on their capacity and availabilities.

BOOSTE TA VOIX – Automne 2026 is a free youth program created by La Puce ressource informatique for young adults in Montréal to develop digital and media skills. Participants learn tools like social media, content creation, and digital communication, then apply them through real projects with community organizations. The program aims to strengthen employability, encourage social engagement, and make digital skills more accessible and inclusive, especially for underrepresented youth.

Research Internships – Summer and Fall 2026
If you’re a youth interested in gaining applicable research experience, this opportunity is for you! The Observatory of Black Communities in Quebec is offering internships in four research centers for the summer and autumn of 2026. Internships will take place in the Education and Training Department, the Knowledge Mobilization Hub, the Research Department, and the Program Evaluation Unit. Loran Scholars Foundation

Applications for the Loran Scholarship
Are you a secondary or CÉGEP student who will be entering their first year of university in Fall 2027? Mark your calendar - applications open on September 9th to become a Loran Scholar. This scholarship provides a tuition waiver of up to $12,000 annually, a $12,000 stipend annually at one of the Loran Scholars Foundation’s partner universities, and $14,000 for the summer experiential learning program. In addition to naming 36 Loran Scholars across Canada, the Foundation will name 54 finalists and 70 laureates across the provinces and territories, who will receive one-time bursaries.
