Y4Y’s Leadership Training Program (LTP) is a 12-month, experience-based journey designed to help youth build leadership skills, engage in civic life, and turn ideas into action with support from Y4Y every step of the way. Participants complete a series of activities outlined in a clear Leadership Roadmap, and once finished, are officially recognized by Y4Y at the next Youth Community Forum.
