Y4Y’s 2026 Community Forum

Overview

February 3rd, 2026
9:30 a.m. – 12:00 p.m.

Colleagues from across the province whose organizations serve English-speaking youth communities in Québec came together for this exchange.

The 2026 Community Forum brought key stakeholders to the virtual table to highlight the issues facing English-speaking youth in Québec. Organizations across the province shared how they serve youth in diverse ways, implementing strategies and creating programs that respond to local realities. These initiatives—and the people who bring them to life—were recognized more broadly, alongside the challenges faced by English-speaking youth in Québec.

Ahead of the event, Y4Y conducted a series of consultations with regional organizations to better understand how they engage youth locally. Insights from these consultations, combined with data compiled by Y4Y over the years, helped frame the key discussions among partners during the Forum. Y4Y representatives also presented the new services the organization is and responded to questions regarding Y4Y’s orientations for 2026–2027.
