Linked
Because Leadership Starts With You
Linked is a pilot project aimed at fostering a collaborative learning environment in high schools through peer mentorship. Through workshops developed with experts to address adolescent challenges, this program encourages students of all ages to support one another, helping them grow not only academically but also into confident, thoughtful individuals ready to lead and make informed choices.
Through this initiative, Peer Mentors partake in a Mentorship Training Program to cultivate their leadership and communication skills. This program features workshops developed by experts and cover the topics of active listening, public speaking, and more. Both mentors and mentees gain valuable knowledge, experience, and life skills, contributing to the overall well-being and resilience of participants while promoting an inclusive and supportive school environment.
This project is made possible thanks to the financial support of the Government of Canada.
